Eat the right sugars

Feeling sleepy?  It could be them low sugar levels making you feel like a zombie princess, stumbling around in a haze of confusion.

Fruit contain small levels of Fructose – a natural sugar that gives us the right level of energy, so tuck into a portion of them when you can for a stable energy fix.

Avoid the highly concentrated types of sugars that lead to deposition of fat, such as sugary sweets and fizzy drinks, as these will leave you feeling lethargic.
